I flashed my Razr back in March to ICS and was loving it until two weeks ago when the data suddenly went out. It happened at the exact same time as when I started a summer job in Raleigh after living in Greensboro. I've updated the prl (roaming) list, I've wiped back to factory, I've flashed a different ROM...I cannot get data back. Luckily, wi-fi/text/calls still work so it's not unusable. When I reboot it looks like it says 4g for about a half second and then goes away and never comes back. Anyone have any ideas?

If all else fails, unroot and call tech support or take it to a store, make it VZW's problem.

As in *228? If that call actually went through, you may have messed up the sim card. You don't need to manually do *228 on the LTE devices. Should be able to get a new one at any Verizon corporate store. If that doesn't work, I'd try completely restoring back to the factory rom.

fixed it, reinstalled the radio files
