I need to make a USB drive bootable. Can anyone recommend a good program for this?

I tried that link first and the HP drive key from 2005 doesn't work in windows 7

ohh damn... flash drives are super expensive.... i wouldn't go buy one that's more compatible or anything.

Seriously though i didn't run into that problem at all so i don't know how to direct you further or if it would be a common issue for your specific drive type.

I know i've used it with a newish HP one (probably 08/07) and about a dozen freebies i have.

there's nothing wrong with my flash drive and i've got about 15 that I can test it on. I've already formatted it properly.

I'm not sure why you are getting all pissy. No one is forcing you to post in this thread.
