Some idiot that owned our house before us planted one up against the house and now it's a beast threatening our siding and foundation. Ours is about 6 feet tall and I'm sure has a large root ball to go with it. If you come and dig it out of our yard it's your's.The plant is evergreen and loves shaded areas (it's growing under a canopy of oaks right now). Guess it likes our clay soil as well since it's obvious the area hasn't had any soil amendments added to it. If you need a big, green plant that will block out your neighbor's annoying dogs or keep their prying eyes from watching your naked dance parties, this is the plant for you!

hey now...i love our aucubas! they're easily one of my favorite non-flowering decorative plants ours aren't doing any damage, though [Edited on April 27, 2012 at 11:58 AM. Reason : .]

Yeah the location is unfortunate and I don't really have a place to move it. If someone doesn't adopt it I'll just end up chopping it down.

if you do chop it back, just know that they grow back pretty quickly. i have to do some heady duty pruning on ours every other year.

I'll take it, but i'm not totally sure when I'd be able to come get it....Possibly tomorrow or sunday.
