I see green artifacts (like little flickering green bugs or something, so to speak) on in various graphics including youtube videos, static picture, and stream media. Is it is still under warranty if I OC just a for a little bit when I first got just to test it out, but never extensively used it OC'ed?

Try this1) blow out dust to make sure its not overheating2) reinstall newest driversYour warranty depends on purchase date. Most aftermarket warranties are 1-3yr. Some have stipulations like must be registered within 30days to qualify for warranty and crap like that.

I found the problem/solution - my cat ( I am sure of this) knocked my DVI cable a little bit loose, and I just pushed it back all the way into the socket and what do you know?! No more mean greenies!!

That's what you get for not screwing in your DVI cable.
