well hickson and horner are both currently on nba rosters and josh powell went overseas b/c of the lockout but otherwise would almost def be on a roster

nah. that's what the "pros" was for

this is for guys who are playing professional bball, just not at the NBA level

thought it would be fun to keep up with D-League and overseas alum

oh well, the callout is taken back then

but you did a terrible job of saying what your thread is about and your list is still pretty poor since i know hodge and powell play "pro" at least, and i'm sure there are plenty more.

like if anybody knows what Grundy, Scooter, Cam, Bethel, McCauley, etc are up to, this is where they can post about it

Courtney Fells' team in Israel:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awt1tfk19aA

Is JJ Hickson playing there, or did he decide to come back to the States?

[Edited on December 20, 2011 at 10:08 AM. Reason : also, apparently Fells's brother died in a car-wreck a few weeks or months ago]

When I saw someone say Dennis Horner, I figured they were trolling, but I googled it and found this article. Holy fuck cannot believe he might actually make an NBA roster. Good for him..

I watched the Nets-Knicks on Sat. He played the entire 4th Q and didn't look out of place. Still be surprised if he makes the roster..

CJ Williams isn't playing much better than he did early last season either, or the summer leading into last season. Then he faded away in ACC play. Hopefully he won't this year.

Dude I know you love some Sid, but CJW scored 25 against Cuse keeping us in the game almost by himself at times. He's never played at the level he did against them and Stanford.

Had 4 points last night. Leslie and Wood are our most reliable players. If williams does something, that's nice.

^^^^my comment has nothing to do with sid, and i really don't love him as a coach. i'm was just a comment was made that williams is supposedly doing much better this year than years past, and i stated the fact that he isn't playing much better than he did early last season. i'm a cjw fan, but it's true.

"J.J. Hickson had 19 points, nine rebounds and a steal on 6-of-11 shooting in Tuesday's start.
It looked like he might come off the bench behind Jason Thompson this season, but Thompson has been a dud in his two preseason games. We're going to call Hickson the starter and fantasy owners should give him a serious look, despite the possible arrival of center Samuel Dalembert soon.

@DraftExpress Dennis Horner was cut by the worst team in Belgium, then was an average player on the worst team in Cyprus. Now he made the NJ Nets.

i hope he's able to stick in the league awhile
