Anyone know how to write an executable that will change a users homepage on all their browsers. This would be legit ... changed because the user wants it to be changed ... not done maliciously.I know, I know ... back to the 90s ... but really, there is a purpose. If you can do it and want to get paid for it, please pm me how long it would take and what you would charge. Thanks!

I know that the "SDTools.exe" executable in the Spybot 2 beta can do this......well just for IE, Firefox-based browsers, and Opera.

Having an osx and ios version would be great as well, though I figured ios is locked down too much (maybe android could do it).Yeah, I have to assume the user is running it on their home pc as admin, but if it could be done for either case, admin or not, then that would be preferred.[Edited on October 19, 2011 at 11:51 AM. You definitely cannot do this in iOS.

You could enforce this on IE with group policy settings if you had a domain pretty easily. The other browsers would be hard because the different installation and registry possibilities.[Edited on October 19, 2011 at 6:02 PM. Reason : asdf]
