Looking for someone to take over lease for two bedrooms starting January 1, 2012. The rent is $825 includes water, sewer, trash, internet, cable, washer and dryer. The only extra bill is the electricity. Apartment would have to be taken as is but I can have it professionally cleaned before you move in. Apartment complex is right across the street from the McKimmon Center. Area is nice and I have had no problems since being here. The lease is until July 15, 2012 with the ability to resign for another year if you choose. Any other questions just e-mail.

well, with no other considerations, it's similar to some other 2-bed prices I've seen; though I haven't looked around campus lately.

considering other items, such as comparison of amenities, year of construction, etc. $825 for Rhyne's Gate is a joke.
