Its an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to both Centennial Campus and Downtown. Current occupants are myself and one other male housemate, and we're both fairly laid back and easy to get along with.

The house is 3br/1.5ba with a good sized front living room and dining room. It has a large fenced in backyard and outside storage shed. The room is decent sized with a double window and closet. TONS of parking for those who have multiple vehicles!


Rent is $330/month, with one months security deposit. Utilities are split evenly 3 ways. We have ATT U-Verse Internet and TV, with the HD package and DVR (You can have a receiver in your room if desired).
