Does anyone know how to do this without writing VB or using Access?

Try a real data analysis package.

Nevertheless, it shouldn't be hard. How are you wanting to do the weighting?

NEVERMIND I FOUND AN EASY WAY TO DO IT. I feel dumb.

Just divide column B by 2 to get the average then match up column A with the cumulative to get the median.
