so apparently it's a done deal (sic) that Obama care will be repealed
9/7/2011 8:26:33 PM
Why is there an airplane in a library?
9/7/2011 8:26:56 PM
holy crap i didn't see that until you mentioned it. kind of scary looking.
9/7/2011 8:28:15 PM
oh lawd...question about gas price, and how Bachman will keep it <$2Romney: have to develop our resources. Then we can have an impact on global energy prices.yeah, no you can't.
9/7/2011 8:34:12 PM
eliminate any regulation that would control pollution, keep our food safe and our water clean. Basically the GOP wants the US to be colonized by corporations and our citizens' safety obliterated.Frack the ground for gas until our tap water can be set on fire.

Ron paul is railing on HPV mandatory vaccinationsI don't really know enough about the subject, but I'm just happy to tune in as Ron Paul is talking.
9/7/2011 8:54:05 PM
I am glad that I missed that part of the debate. I likely would have broken something. How you people on the right can support this reckless, backward thinking is misguided and dangerous.
9/7/2011 8:54:20 PM
apparently Rick Perry is on the fire for being un-libertarian in passing a law requiring the HPV thing.huh
9/7/2011 8:56:29 PM
^In case you missed it, as governor of TX Rick Perry used an executive order mandating all females under a certain age be given HPV vaccinations. Ron Paul disagrees stating that government has no place regulating what medication a person should or shouldn't have to take. He also disagreed with the fact that Perry used an executive order to just create a law on a whim.

gingrich... for all his shortcomings, he seems to be the only one up there saying "you know what, fuck all this silliness. yall just talking bull. this is how it is lol." he seems like the comic troll, the gritty, cynical, yet experienced old wizard and i love it.
9/7/2011 9:15:26 PM
This is the second debate in a row where Gingrich has said something to the effect of "why are you trying to pit us against each other" which basically comes to "why are you trying to turn this into a debate instead of a 2 minute campaign speeches forum."
9/7/2011 9:25:12 PM
Hearing Romney talk about jobs is loltastic...
9/7/2011 9:28:48 PM
Bachmann just called the biggest issue in the middle east "a nuclear Iran". Are you fucking kidding me?
9/7/2011 9:32:07 PM
Props to Huntsman for telling all the other GOP candidates that they are running from science (evolution and global warming)
9/7/2011 9:37:22 PM
Perry: aaronburro = Galileo . . . . [Edited on September 7, 2011 at 9:37 PM. Reason : .]
9/7/2011 9:37:37 PM
Is Bachmann's lapel upside down? Shouldn't the union be on the top left?
9/7/2011 9:43:22 PM
wtf, they clapped when it was mentioned that Texas executed so many people
9/7/2011 9:44:16 PM
Republicans hate people.
9/7/2011 9:50:06 PM
that was a really unmemorable debate.
9/7/2011 9:50:16 PM
Gingrich: "Abolish federal parks to free up land the size of Texas which can be used for mineral and energy extraction"
9/7/2011 9:57:02 PM
The after show opened by immediately stating that Rick Perry is the front runner and made no mistakes tonight. It is absolutely disgusting the way the system is pushing this guy through
9/7/2011 9:57:31 PM
Anything good out of Ron Paul?
9/7/2011 9:58:17 PM
He almost started to cry at the end.
9/7/2011 9:59:15 PM
What's up with the look on Santorum's face when somebody is asking him a question?
9/7/2011 10:01:56 PM
Huntsman is the only one that doesn't sound like a raving lunatic. I guess he doesn't stand a chance. Looks like Obama gets a free ride.

9/7/2011 10:17:17 PM
I think he's done well in debates in the past, but I think he did poorly in this one.Plus, there's the entire tea party factor now. he was more radical then than he is now, since he's standing next to a bunch of crazies for this race.
9/7/2011 10:18:54 PM
9/7/2011 10:25:11 PM
that was quite worst possibly the response I've heard in a debate to a question by perry towards the climate issue. Perry reminded me of Billy Madison there

For a number of reasons, Perry is legitimately worse than Bush.Admittedly though, Bush had a major similarity to Obama before office. They both didn't do much before they ran for the presidency. Obama had a disturbingly large number of absent votes. I think that Bush had fewer skeletons in 2000 than what Perry does right now. I'm not an expert, but I don't think that Bush's governorship was defined by decisive action. In fact, I don't even remember it being talked about very much.Perry is different in that respect. I think that both Obama and Bush started out the prime time of their careers with the political golden spoon in hand. I think that Romney is likely the only current candidate who fits that characterization well.
9/7/2011 10:48:32 PM
Sure, there were people who benefited from it. But like all ponzi schemes they fall apart when the "new money" coming in cant cover the old money going out.(and like Madoff who just took the money and blew it on other shit, well the govt does that too but it puts a nice note in a drawer that says IOU (yeah from the same group 14T in debt) and calls it a trust fund so people feel good that "their" money is safe.

The whole thing is a travesty, a sham and a mockery. A traveshamockey if you will for not letting Gary Johnson into the debates.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzes12YwaTA&feature=relatedI tell you!Oh, and I was mistaken about Gingrich doing away with national parks. He said turn 1/3 of Alaska into national parks and then rape and pillage the remaining Texas size portion of it. Fuck him.
9/8/2011 1:04:58 AM
Republicans say the darnedest things...that would totally screw over the nation

The only way Paul might get on the news is if he hounds Perry and the drama is good.
