I see that no threads regarding MEA-101 have been done since 2009. Unfortunately, it seems that the class has changed quite a bit. Apparently the athletic study guides are gone. I have McConnel and the class is FUCKING KILLING ME. This isn't rocks for jocks, this is like high school. Getting graded on CLICKER QUESTIONS? This professor has been giving me a bad feeling since day 1. So anyone who has taken the class, are there any tricks? I know to check out the powerpoint ahead of time and then Google the answers to the clicker questions. Whatever happened to being able to sleep through Geology 101?

Should have taken it with Dr. Kimberley. I see he is listed for all sections of MEA101 this semester and he was a pretty good teacher. I actually enjoyed it because he had a ton of stories to tell.

McConnell is the fucking man. I don't know him personally (was out of the department by the time he arrived) but through reputation he is an excellent educator.
