My power seats have been out for a while (blown fuse) and yesterday I decided to finally try to fix itI found this type of fuse, a 30A female cartridge, looks like this one Now, there's a fuse location called "passenger seat" with an un-blown fuse in it, but my passenger seats isn't powered, so I switched them out to see if it would make my drivers seat work again and presto, it didBut I'm wondering why they even had a fuse in that passenger seat spot and if anything else was using it, I want to have one in there.I went to Autozone today and they had that type of fuse, but there were 2 types that looked similar, but said different things like one was just "female 30A fuse" and the other had something like "lock protect" on itare they interchangeable?actually, from memory, it also might be the pink one in this pic of some A-type fuses, without going out there to look at it]

As long as the rating is the same and the connections are the same, then it'll work.

dumb question, but when you say rating, you mean the amp value right? (i.e. 30A)
