they are being given credit for time served... being released today. basically on probation so they can't fuck up again but they're getting out of jail at least.

Unfortunately they won't be able to sue since they had to admit guilt. I suppose they could hunt down the cops and prosecutors that railroaded them though. I doubt the crooked lawyers that sent them away will be sleeping well at night.
