I have 1 bedroom available with its own bathroom in a 4 bedroom apartment at University Woods. There are 2 guys currently living there and 1 more is moving in on the 16th. The $350/month covers rent and water, with cable/internet and power to be shared by the residents. The apartment is directly across the street from a Raleigh CAT bus stop and about 1/4 mile from a Wolfline Stop.
