I live in an apartment and have ~$60 or $70 electric bills. Is it worth calling up and having PE switch me to TOU-D or TOU-E? I dry my clothes and wash dishes at night, and the girlfriends hair dryer is usually after 9. Sometimes I cook on electric stove/oven after 9, but I wouldn't want to count on that one. I have few other big power consumers except the 600w power supply in my gaming rig.

Always thought TOU was default in this area. Guess I've been drying my clothes at night for no reason?
