Need some more places to be irresponsible with my monies at. I'm particularly interested in learning about some places off the beaten track, besides thrift stores and consignment shops.

florence, italy. i bought a leather jacket for myself, and i got cashmere shawls and silk scarves (and the like) in sufficient quantity to provide presents for my mom and sister for awhile.

and you get to see florence while you're there!

Hmmm....I mean what are you interested in? Most of my disposable income goes towards my hobbies:

QBP (Quality Bike Parts)
REI (for camping/outdoors type stuff)
Stone Bros and Byrd (if you would like to buy me a pressure canner there please do so)
Barnes Supply (pet stuff)
Regulator Bookstore (just bought a good beekeeping guide, trying to get educated on that before committing
to a hive)

if you're looking for decorations, check out art in the park up in blowing rock. once a month through october. i've gotten some nice turned wood bowls and some awesome artwork over the past couple years.
