The hot tub sprung a leak and it was in a spot that could not be accessed without moving it. How much do you think I could rent it for with one of those $3500 unibody hot tubs? If I could get the investment back in 3 years and depreciate it for 7 years the math might work out pretty good. We are 100% pet friendly though which makes the renter pool much better anyway.

Cats that only urinate in their box may be negotiated. No kittens or unfixed cats. Everyone knows once a cat pisses in a house its easier to burn it down and build a new one than get the smell out.
