really wish DTV had AMCHD
5/31/2011 1:02:20 PM
nice! It's going to be slim pickings tv-wise until then. [Edited on May 31, 2011 at 1:05 PM. Reason : except for the HBO shows of course]

Fuck yeah.^ You should try getting into The Killing on AMC if you haven't already. I usually HATE crime/procedural/cop shows like that, but I really think it's a pretty well-done show (the other big exception for me is obviously The Wire, but I see that as more of a sociological drama than a cop drama or crime show).
5/31/2011 3:11:12 PM
The Killing has fallen flat as of late. Franklin & Bash baby!
5/31/2011 3:12:34 PM
^Yeah, I don't know, I've been enjoying it more and more as the season has progressed. All I really ask in dramas is that the writers do justice to and are honest with the characters and storylines. For me personally, The Killing hasn't fallen short yet in either regard.[Edited on May 31, 2011 at 3:16 PM. Reason : s]

you guys didn't like the ending of the 9th (2nd most recent) episode, with stan and the teacher? that scene was really tense to me, and like i said, i usually hate that type of show.
5/31/2011 3:22:15 PM
I did like that episode much better than the previous few episodes...but the campaign stuff still isn't working for me, at all.
5/31/2011 3:31:17 PM
has anyone caught these mini 5 minute episodes that AMC talked about airing? they said the shorts would even progress the plot to a degree to keep fans interested during the long break. however, i have not seen any advertising for these, nor have i caught one on a whim.

Preview of season four:http://insidetv.ew.com/2011/05/31/breaking-bad-season-4-bryan-cranston-aaron-paul/
6/1/2011 8:59:31 AM
^i don't like reading that kind of stuff before the season starts. i like going in fresh and virginal.
6/1/2011 11:40:17 AM
This is the best running show on TV. Thank god it's back.
6/1/2011 11:43:34 AM
6/1/2011 12:05:03 PM
I've been re-watching season 3 the last few weeks. Episode 7 is still fucking amazing the second time around
6/14/2011 8:32:38 PM
Is that the episode where the cousins come after Hank in the parking lot? That episode is pretty incredible...on par with the Coen brothers' best.
6/14/2011 8:51:41 PM
yeah, probably should have mentioned the plotbut yeah and not just the ending, which is ridiculously awesome: the opening scene, Jesse/Walt in the hospital, Hank with his wife - all great scenes
6/14/2011 8:55:17 PM
people don't believe me when i tell them how good this show is because it's on AMCto be quite honest, i don't know that it could be any better even if it was on HBO...except for nudity of course, but the gore is in good taste, and there is a surprising amount considering it's on AMCi'm dying for Season 4
6/14/2011 10:05:31 PM
6/14/2011 10:21:23 PM
I've been rewatching the whole series too! I'm A M P E D for season 4.
7/1/2011 12:29:35 PM
bttt starts back Sunday cant wait [/bart scott]
7/13/2011 8:10:13 PM
If someone told me a show couldn't be good because it was on AMC I would spit in their face.
7/13/2011 9:03:13 PM
i need to get a "Danny"also, i'm very much looking forward to any scene with Saul. Odenkirk plays that part so well."So she slipped off the reservation for a little damp and dirty" (then Walt attacks him)
7/15/2011 4:27:10 PM
Tonight.
7/17/2011 7:45:26 AM

7/17/2011 7:40:08 PM
About to watch the season three finale in preparation. Can't wait.
7/17/2011 8:46:16 PM
i was thinking maybe AMC had that on from 9-10 and was about to do the same, but it's still Collateral Damage loloh well
7/17/2011 8:55:07 PM
AHHH so excited! Just watched the last 3 to prep.
7/17/2011 9:14:53 PM
uhm WOW
7/17/2011 11:05:46 PM
lol @ the scene transition to ketchup swirlingand OH SHIT @ "Lab Notes"Giancarlo Esposito Reacts to the Premiere's Most Gruesome Scene]
7/17/2011 11:13:22 PM
^contains spoilers for next week's episode. haha i thought the warning only applied to the premier, those sneaky fucks. i immediately Xed it out when i saw it rambling about next week.but damn, that was a lot of blood. and yeah, those lab notes are sure to bring some heat. Victor really fucked that one up, not being able to sweep (and being seen). that's how you get your throat cut.
7/18/2011 1:40:55 AM
The premiere drew 2.6 million viewers, which were the biggest ratings in the show's history...good sign for a potential season 5.
7/18/2011 1:58:56 PM
^ In most of the recent interviews Vince Gilligan has said he sees one more season out of it but that's it.
7/18/2011 2:13:32 PM
I almost need a recap of the last season, its hard remembering what caused Jesse and Walter to go rogue and how that all went down.
7/18/2011 10:57:03 PM
Cranston is on Conan tonight
7/18/2011 11:00:36 PM
Wish they'd started the season with more of a bang.........
7/18/2011 11:07:00 PM
The don't need another seen and they don't need to drag this out. Pick an end date and stick with it.Indefinite end dates make bad tv shows. Writers try to ration good material, watering the show down.
7/18/2011 11:15:42 PM
^that is some profoundly ignorant shit...indefinite end dates are a fact of life in the TV business, and your grammar/spelling is atrocious. I thought the premiere was really strong, Michael Slovis proving yet again why he's the best DP working in TV.[Edited on July 19, 2011 at 12:06 AM. Reason : .]
7/18/2011 11:57:03 PM
Wow, you are actually crying about this. Get a grip, it's just a tv show.Creators can easily end their shows before they degenerate into bullshit. It's just a matter of whether they have the artistic integrity to do so.
7/19/2011 12:26:36 AM
7/19/2011 12:32:47 AM
THE DON'T NEED ANOTHER SEEN
7/19/2011 12:44:27 AM
7/20/2011 6:57:29 PM
I went through the entire series in a matter of 5 days. Going to be agonizing actually having to wait DAYS for ONE new episode a week. Amazing show all around though, I really love it.
7/20/2011 9:05:45 PM
i hear you on that onein this day and age it's almost better to wait til a show runs it's course, then watch all the episodes in succession. i've found that in watching them that way, i catch way more subtleties because each episode is very fresh in my mind. however, i do not do this with Breaking Bad. watching it once a week is better than no Breaking Bad at all.
7/20/2011 11:24:39 PM
this show is the shit
7/21/2011 12:59:29 AM
7/21/2011 1:28:26 AM
Its a pun
