I am working on a FB page for a friend of mine's business... and have a few questions... mainly, how do you get it to look like this:

They added the Honey Sweepstakes section which allowed them to post a large graphic with video, links, etc. Is that just an ad that has been incorporated or is there an "add additional section" option somewhere?

Sorry for being pretty damn ignorant but he knows absolutely nothing about FB so just trying to help him out (although I dont know much about pages/ads)
