Wait.... I'm confused. If you had 15K emails you'd store them in a database...

So are you just needing a script to read the emails from the database and send them an email blast? Do you have a host already that can handle this level of volume or is it ok if it takes 3 days to send it out (most cheap hosts limit you to around 150-200 emails/hour)
