I'm looking for some bar hopping venues between drunken go carts and dave and busters, and the gentlemen's club we're going to for my brother's bachelor party. Know any good places downtown Charlotte with music on the weekends we could go hang at for a few?

NoDa will have music playing somewhere. It's 2 miles from the center of downtown, though.

what kind of music/bars are yall into? and how many of you are going? and which gentlemen's club are yall attending? This will factor into where we suggest.


there are a few bars uptown that will have live music, but you'll mostly get the generic party rock covers and that sorts of stuff. i would suggest checking out creative loafing

I don't want anything too metal, but not whiny shit either. The 80's and 90's rock covers would be perfect for him, I think. As far as strip joint, I was planning on going to the closest one to the music venue we go to. The closest non-skeezy one. The plans are fluid, and I think there are 9 people RSVPed to attend
