The streets of Raleigh in summer are a lonely place. You do not want to sleep there. They are hot, concretey, and paved with sadness.

You need a real home. A home that’s air-conditioned and carpeted. A home that’s affordable, and filled with friendship. A home that you will love, and then leave in August.

You need to sublet a room in my apartment. Details? Say no more:

- $398 rent/month plus utilities
- Sublet Bed/Bathroom in 2BRBA apt from beginning of July – end of August (part of June also possible)
- Unlimited visitor parking with no assigned spaces
- Only a 5 minute drive from NCSU main campus
- 2 WolfLine bus stops right outside
- Washer and dryer
- Private balcony
- Within walking distance to Centennial Campus

Most importantly, you will enjoy a friendship with me. In case you haven’t heard:

- 25 year old NCSU College of Design alum with startling creativity
- Works full time in Raleigh. Using startling creativity.
- Willing to open my home to you, as long as you leave in August.

I bring up an important point. I will be ending this lease at the end of the summer, which means our cohabitation will end. Don’t fret! We will always be friends, even if I don’t want to live with you any more.

How big is the yard?

Thanks for the comments. Allow me to respond to some of them.

The yard's not quite large enough for your horse, I'm afraid. It is, however, spacious enough for you to lay out in, you know, in order to flaunt your nice bod in front of the attractive passerbyers.

Also, the only grief counseling someone will need is to overcome the sadness of no longer living here.
