I just watched Senna last week and really, really want to start watching F1 Racing. Do any of you know where I can go to see the races on television with people who actually care about it? I saw an article in the Indy Weekly years back about a bar that caters to European Football fans. There has to be something similar for F1 enthusiasts.

You will have trouble finding a bar that caters to f1 fans being that the races aren't in the USA. When they are in Asia there is about a 12 hour time difference depending on where the race is in Asia. Then ther is about a 5-6 hour time gap for European races, so those are early in the morning, like 6-7 AM start times. On a Sunday, most places are closed during those times. Now the America races you may get dome luck on that, but that's 2 races for this season.

I love F1 and follow it, but I'm usually too busy to throw my whole schedule out of whack to watch some race that starts at 2am local time.

^^you know what's really boring and irrelevant? Watching races several days after they run. Fuck off Ernie, go back to Sports Talk where some people actually think you matter.
