oh my god i didn't see that florida state is number 3.jesus goodness christ. how do they get so absurdly overrated every single year?

LOL at FSU flying a "Go Noles! 31-7" banner over UF's spring game. Gloating about one win after 6 losses in a row? Including losses of 34-7, 45-12, 45-15, 37-10. Far cry from the days of winning conference titles and national titles.
4/9/2011 10:25:05 PM
FSU at #3 is a joke. It's going to be funny when their national championship hopes are smashed come week 3 when Oklahoma comes to town. Even if FSU does beat OU, which I doubt they will, they will not escape the ACC without a loss. Just how it is, especially for the past decade when 5-3 can win your division.
4/9/2011 10:44:51 PM
The Keenan expansion looked better as scaffolding at the end of last season. Should have kept curving or been aluminum or something. It really looks tacked on.
4/10/2011 12:31:49 AM
ohhh but the pine tress makes the stadum, bullshit, bullshitCarter Finley >>>>Kenanwhat a shithole dump of a stadium
4/10/2011 12:38:28 AM
It just looks out of place. They should have tried to bowl it in and make it more symmetrical to the other end. Could have been bigger and better looking. They could have had a lot more seats to put VT and State fans in.

I think FSU will be really good this season. It is only a matter of time before they return to dominance.
4/10/2011 8:55:10 AM
I'll believe it when I see it
4/10/2011 9:18:58 AM
I, too, have been singing the praises of the Noles. Manuel is going to be great quarterback for them the next two years. After Ponder went down with that shoulder and he took the reins you could just see the team take off. That beatdown of the gamecocks in the bowl game sold them in my mind for this coming season. Jimbo is doing a hell of job down there. If the Noles can get by the Sooners in week 3, look the fuck out. We might finally have a legit national championship contender from the ACC again.
4/10/2011 10:01:08 AM
Does FSU not lose thei ENTIRE OL that has been starting for four years?
4/10/2011 10:13:05 AM
Not sure where you got that, but they have both tackles back and their LG last season is moving to center. That unit actually looks pretty strong for them.http://www.tomahawknation.com/2011/3/15/2052056/florida-state-seminoles-football-spring-preview-2011-offensive-line
4/10/2011 10:20:26 AM
Its the defense you have to worry about. No more Greg Reed.
4/10/2011 10:28:46 AM
FSU at #3 is just a marketing ploy to build up the game week three against #1 Oklahoma
4/10/2011 10:37:25 AM
Wow guess they're gonna make UNC earn it this year.
4/10/2011 10:46:21 AM
Any team that loses there senior & heavily relied upon QB should not be in the top 25 until they prove it.So, GT, VT, NCSU, UNC, Clemson, and Miami should all not be in the top 25.[Edited on April 10, 2011 at 12:12 PM. Reason : gdf]

We should have flew a plane over UNCs Spring game with the past four years scores. It would have been wasted money though since their were only like 37 people at the game.
4/10/2011 5:36:56 PM
My dad did the steel for the UNC expansion. Each exposed beam has a nice coat of my urine. It was an artistic choice. Also, they had to put the plans on hold when we announced we were building a new scoreboard. They decided to add another one. Haha. Thought we were the ones with an inferiority complex. btw: Bricks? How tacky[Edited on April 11, 2011 at 12:23 AM. Reason : .]

I'm not sure why they expanded Kenan, they can't fill the seats they already had.

what's kind of interesting about the kenan expansion are those two really tall walls that keep out the riff raff on either side. They didn't really add all that many seats, just luxury seats/boxes. It does look so tacked-on though.

That's funny. I guess I would have expected us to have the all brick facade complete with a new brick walkway that connected CF to the brickyard. Brick.
