I'm hearing really good things about it, will certainly check it out.

I absolutely HATED the fat lady in the first trailer they released, but there are way too many talented people involved for it to suckalso my crush on Ellie Kemper is getting bigger by the day
4/7/2011 1:09:16 PM
The fat lady is kind of eye-roll-worthy for a bit but she grew on me
4/7/2011 2:03:00 PM
even if i wasn't a misogynist, i wouldn't want to see this movie
4/7/2011 2:06:19 PM
Your loss.No hilarious Jon Hamm or surprising weird Tim Heidecker casting for you.[Edited on April 7, 2011 at 2:17 PM. Reason : .]

I hate Maya Rudolph with a passion, I hope she doesnt ruin this.
4/15/2011 12:33:21 PM
I wish I could click-and-drag this into the movie cliches folder
4/15/2011 3:29:52 PM
how could anyone hate Maya Rudolph with a passion?she punch your grandma in the face or something?[Edited on April 15, 2011 at 4:26 PM. Reason : don't know what happened there]

The commercials for this are misleadingly bad.
5/8/2011 1:48:43 PM
I was about to say, the commercials I've seen make this look like the worst movie ever
5/8/2011 2:22:03 PM
i know. but now i kinda wanna see it after reading this thread.
5/8/2011 2:37:51 PM
I will see this.
5/8/2011 8:20:16 PM
It seems like they're marketing this towards people who enjoy Adam Sandler movies...probably not a bad decision financially.
5/11/2011 9:35:55 PM
i will see this.wish i could go with you, punchmonk what day does this come out?
5/11/2011 10:38:39 PM

5/12/2011 12:09:52 AM
what demographic is this aimed at, because it looks like a chick-flick/apatow bastard child which sounds like a terrible formula for a movie to me.
5/12/2011 3:56:55 PM
eh, looking at Knocked Up and Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Apatow already occasionally wades in "chick-flick" waters
5/12/2011 4:16:25 PM
5/12/2011 4:21:42 PM
5/12/2011 4:35:56 PM
5/12/2011 4:43:46 PM
Yeah I go to comedies because I find the headliners attractive. Only reason I saw The Hangover was because Bradley Cooper is so fucking dreamy.
5/12/2011 4:46:19 PM
if i really can't stand maya rudolph, will i still enjoy this movie?
5/12/2011 5:08:20 PM
Doubtful. I loathe Ted Danson but I thoroughly enjoyed Saving Private Ryan.
5/12/2011 5:25:20 PM
it can't be worse than generic chick flicks
5/12/2011 5:29:20 PM
Looks like a lame ass attempt at recreating a female version of "the hangover"
5/12/2011 5:43:34 PM
IMMA GO SEE IT

This movie is absolutely hilarious. It was exponentially better than I anticipated. I have not laughed this much in the theater ever.
5/13/2011 10:11:23 PM
It had funny parts, but it wasn't wall-to-wall laughter either. I give it two stars. Minus one star for a meandering plot, minus another for being waaaaaaay too long.
5/13/2011 11:39:52 PM
Very Funny. The bathroom scene in the beginning was too much. It was a little slow and drawn out in the middle but I laughed a lot.
5/14/2011 12:38:10 AM
dropdeadkate and i have a no-homo date tonight to go see this!! im excited.
5/15/2011 6:13:38 PM
not even a little homo?
5/15/2011 6:59:59 PM
female comedies are all about taking awkward moments and making them more and more awkward and drawing them out until people start laughing at the awkward. It makes me cringe(and thats what i did more often than laugh when i saw this movie)
5/15/2011 10:35:14 PM
it was HILARIOUS. and annie walker = me when i'm 35, and that is kind of horrifying.
5/16/2011 11:08:52 AM
5/16/2011 4:25:02 PM
good movie. I thought the girl porn (gratuitous shots of puppies) was a nice touch.
5/16/2011 11:13:07 PM
^^ my guess is the one scene where the two girls kept taking turns trying to be the last person to toast the bride at the engagement party. which I will agree got kind of stupid/annoying/oldbut there were plenty of other funny scenes that did not do that awkward bullshit
5/17/2011 2:28:45 PM
I haven't seen Bridesmaids. what I'm asking is what are these "female comedies" that are "all about" awkward moments?
5/17/2011 2:59:48 PM
so which one of these bitches is every girl gonna dress up as for halloween?
5/17/2011 3:05:02 PM
Just saw the trailer for this on TV and it reminded me how awesome this movie was.
5/18/2011 9:30:25 PM
i thought it was hilarious
5/21/2011 1:04:12 PM

5/23/2011 9:05:02 AM
