I'm not sure of the make or model, but the blades are 24" from where they mount to the motor to the outermost edge, so about a 50-52" overall diameter. It's about 12" from ceiling to the lowest point of the housing.

Does anybody know if salvation army or goodwill accept ceiling fan donations?

Any Goodwill or other thrift store should take it. Grab a receipt if you want to file it as a donation on your taxes.

btw, I'm located in SE Apex, near Wake Tech. Closest major intersection is Lake Wheeler Rd. and Ten-Ten Rd. It's about 15 min. from Trailwood & Tryon. If one of y'all doesn't take it by this Saturday, I'll just donate it to the Salvation Army or Goodwill.
