3 counts each :
possession with intent to sell/distribute VI
sell/ deliver VI
maintain dwelling/vehicle/residence

1 count of possession of fire arm by FELON (so hes already got a felony)
1 count of possession of STOLEN fire arm

so thats 10 felonies and 1 misdemeanor...

any one have a good guess?

if he didn't have a stolen gun, he would have done a few months in some po-dunk medium security prison.

What was the original felony conviction for?

In certain counties, he will plead to only a couple of the felonies, then receive a lengthy sentence that will be suspended for 3 years supervised probation. BTW, all of those charges are felonies, no misdemeanors.

Is there a backstory attached to this?

Or a hypothetical situation?

are these federal or state charges?

he may not serve anytime, depending on if he hires a good attorney, and his criminal history
