Bro its on a FAQ somewhere for all-access, there's an online form you can copy into an email and send it to a certain address requesting cancellation.

They hide it really well, took me a long time to find a few months ago.

yeah i think i found that form... i know it sounds crazy, but it almost wonder if calling the hotline would be easier than trying to get it done on the internet
