I have heard nothing but good things about Cordura saddles. However, you might want to try eBay or Craigslist for this particular item - not a lot of people on TWW ride horses. Let alone draft or draft crosses.

The NCSU Equestrian Team used to have their own message board - you may get some traffic there (they do have a Western Riding team).
