Where would one go about ordering a fresh NC turkey around here? Are there any farms that you can order directly from in the Triangle?

i wish we had a fall turkey season even if it was only a week or a few daysinstead you've gotta freeze one you kill in the spring

yeah, NC does suck for that. VA FTW (and they open turkey season for one day on thanksgiving)

just go buy a butterball turkey at the store. it was probably from here. $3/pound fresh turkeys at Harris Teeter I went with the poor people 39 cent a pound turkey instead lol.
