Hey guys,If this is the wrong place to put this, please let me know, or just move it.I've never sold tickets before in NC, so I have no idea of the laws, rules/whatever. However, I won 6x lower level ticket packages to the NHL All Star Weekend Events. This includes 6x tickets to the Saturday Skills Competition, 6x tickets to the Sunday All Star Game, and parking passes.I am sure we will use a few of these tickets, but for the extra tickets, what sort of regulations are in place for selling them? Are there limitations on how much they can be sold for? Also, can anyone recommend any good places to try and sell them outside of Ebay and Craigslist? Thanks,

NC law is face value + $3.if you sell them on stubhub you can put them up for as high as you want, i think...

Anyone who gets caught illegally selling tickets is just being a huge dumbass about the whole situation. There are millions of ways to get what you can for them like craigslist, ebay, scalping that the fact of whether its legal or not shouldn't be an issue.

online stuff is a whole different ball game. that's how stubhub gets away with it... they go by California rules because thats where they are based out of.
