So I'm seeing a chrome clone with facebook and twitter integration?98% of the video was using the facebook API, with weak at best integration with the other services. ~meh~ I'm all for 'new/cool' browsers. But until they hit 10% marketshare I'm not testing websites on them

So this is pretty much Flock 2, right?Don't know that I want to be handing over a lot of personal info to a beta version of a browser backed by some mystery company.

Yeah basically.... Think they are banking on people's online identity and FB being one and the same and stressing the connectivity/efficiency that can provide over email and even IM/text. Already a fair amount of sites where you dont even sign in anymore, just connect via FB

If it's not webkit based I'm not interested

Works pretty well. Still trying to get used to it. As others have said it is pretty much what Flock should have been. Chrome+Social Media. If you don't mind the busy sidebars it works pretty well.RSS feed integration is pretty cool. I will give it a try for a few days.

DO NOT WANT

^^Chrome basically gives off that vibe alreadyso did Flock 2 and earlierand the garish default theme for Opera 9.5

DO NOT WANTa browser should not be dependent on specific web services to operate. It's just a really weak gimmick that doesn't warrant anything more than a browser extension.

exploring the Beta, loving it so far... great integration, very clean considering (basically only as cluttered as you let it be), and FB isnt going away anytime soon, so I love that its based off of an online service

^^^You can't add those sidebars in a Chrome extension.

Kudos to Chrome then.
