We just bought new furniture, looking to get rid of everything in my living room. This stuff is in decent (?) condition, it made the trek through 7 years of college with me, but has held up well. Included are a sofa, loveseat, two end tables, and a coffee table. The tables are in pretty good condition actually, the coffee table just has a few rings from cups and stuff like that. About the furniture:

Sofa: Is in decent condition. The bottom right skirt of the couch is torn off thanks to our dog, he loved to chew on it so we finally just cut it off, isn't THAT noticeable if you aren't looking for it. Also the right arm to the couch is pretty loose, I imagine going in from underneath with a hammer and some nails could fix it pretty easily. Other than the loose arm and torn off skirt on the bottom right hand side, in pretty good condition.

Loveseat: Has the same issue with the skirt being torn off on the bottom left hand side. Other than that, nothing else wrong with the chair.

Tables: As I said, the tables are probably the nicest part of the set, as they are newer. I would venture to say that the end tables are in good condition, with the coffee table OK with just some minor rings and stains from cups and such.


All in all, would make a pretty decent set for a college apartment or something, throw some sheets over it or some shit. I just want this stuff gone (this weekend preferably), so best offer with a truck to pick up gets it (I'll help you load if need be). Lets put it this way...I am more interested in getting this stuff out of my house than I am the money. However, I would prefer to get rid of everything at once.
