I recently bought a house so I will be moving in early October. I was wondering if anyone was interested in moving into the townhouse I'm currently renting. You will not be taking over my lease; you will sign an individual lease. Rent is $640/month. The company also offers month-by-month rent, which I believe is $690/month.

The townhouse is an end-unit and has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, outside storage, attic storage, stove, and dishwasher. It is right off the beltline with easy access to I-40...great for any commute in the area. It's about 2 minutes from Crossroads on the border of Raleigh and Cary.

With our 60 days notice of moving out, we still have to pay October rent unless we can find someone to move in. Since we'll probably need the first couple days in October to move out, we'll obviously pay some money towards rent. Anyone interested?
