2 NC State students have an open room because our third roommate just stopped paying rent. We have a small dog who is very nice. We keep the house fairly clean and its only a 5 min walk to varsity lot with busses to both campuses. The house is near Gorman and Marcom. We have a fenced in back yard and we added a horseshoe pit.

Price does not include utilities, we would consider charging you an all inclusive price if thats important to you.
Central air, dishwasher, washer dryer all included.
