I know some of you probably need housing on short notice, as the semester has just started!Listing this for a friend of mine, who is the owner and will be managing the rental. I lived here for just shy of 2 years, and was very happy with both the property itself, and the location. For more info you can PM me or contact the owner--his contact info is on the web site, http://www.4413kaplandrive.com Available 1 September. The townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit, in Hunters' Creek but actually on Kaplan Drive rather than the little side road. It's a good-sized place, 1650 square feet on two stories. Downstairs has living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and the largest bedroom (which also makes a great den/family room/TV room). Upstairs has a loft (makes a great office area), master bedroom with private bath, the third bedroom, and another full bath in the hall. Tile floors downstairs (installed last year) except for the bedroom, carpet there and upstairs. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and washer/dryer included. Large deck with storage room, 2 spaces off-street parking and more available on street. The location is great--short walk to a wolfline stop, even shorter to a CAT bus, just down the street from Cook Out and the Western Blvd. shopping/restaurants, close to 440, short drive to campus. Frisbee Golf course and Kentwood Park immediately next door, quiet neighborhood after that, nice place to go running/walking.More info and pictures are available at the web site, http://www.4413kaplandrive.com.A few pictures, see them full-size at the web site. Front view of unit:Living Room (loft is above, you can see the railing). Kitchen, Downstairs Bedroom:Master Bedroom, Deck:Again, I lived there for two years and enjoyed it; let me know or contact the owner, via the web site, if you have questions.

Still available--I know someone is looking to move for January. Getting away from a bad roommate? Moving in with friends or significant other? $995/month for a *huge* 3 bedroom in a great location.[Edited on November 11, 2010 at 3:26 PM. Reason : d]

I live in this neighborhood, and it's pretty solid. It's quiet, and if the unit is anything like ours (I think each is laid out roughly the same inside), I've enjoyed it.

Oh haaaaai, I remember seeing this up.I'm looking for a place for July/August, so if (hopefully not) this stays empty until then, or someone gets a short lease, I'll hit you up.

Damn straight they should. You, too, can live OFF KAPLAN. Or in this case ON KAPLAN.

I might know 3 girls interested. Problem is they're looking for a 6 month lease. Do you know if the owner would be interested in that?
11/15/2010 2:45:11 PM
Ah shit, sorry I didn't notice this until nowI'll ask him, he might be willing to, PM me if still interested
11/22/2010 12:46:34 AM
Seeing as how its Christmas he would be crazy not to. Nobody leases around NCSU except in the summer, a six month would cover him until prime season again.
11/22/2010 12:50:29 AM
Of course, and of course he is willing to, just had to check. DamnStraight, you have PM.Netstorm, keep an eye on this, this may work out in your favor if they sign for 6.
