Rent is $705/mo (reduced rate). It is very close and convenient to Hwy 55, I-540, RDU, RTP, Morrisville, 15 - 20 minute drive to NC State Univ. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED. My lease expires on January 28, 2011. After that date, you have the option to renew the lease or move out.

This is a very well maintained and brand new apartment complex. Very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are very respectful. Fantastic office staff, very polite and helpful. Amenities include a washer & dryer (yours to keep), valet trash, swimming pool, gym, billiards, and more.
