Where can I find out if I have used a PJC in the past 3 years? I was frantically working multiple connections when I got a 20+ over speeding ticket in the summer of '09 so either the record of my ticket was 'lost by accident' by the clerk of courts, or my ticket was changed to an improper equipment via PJC/'magic'. Regardless, when I got a copy of my driving record last month there was nothing about this incident. Would it be on a criminal background check or on some kind of PJC list?

i don't think the 3 year thing is a hard limit, i used 2 in 2 years without any problem

i have a similar question. does pjc count as guilty or deferred judgement for job application questions? e.g. have you every pleaded guilty to, no contest, or deferred judgement for any misdemeanor other than a minor traffic offense? i used my pjc for a non-traffic offense btw. i think i can answer "no" just checking.

btw^ as an answer to OP's question. I think a prayer for judgement on a background check shows up as a guilty plea. please someone correct me if i am wrong.
