Marxist drivel indeed.. the dude's thesis culminated in a comparison of finance vs manufacturing. what about finance vs agriculture, or finance vs information technology, etc..he is indeed stuck in the late 1800s/early 1900s the way la sez faire capitalists are stuck in the 1700s.my drivel would go like this:1. did we not learn a goddammned thing form the great depression? why in hell did we repeal Glass-Steagel, and expect different outcomes? would you throw a $50,000 crack party for a recovering addict?2. petro-dollars. we're selling our souls to the guy underground for that black blood, and ignoring the energies from heaven. until we fix that, we continue to setup for a giant failure.3. what Mr Miyagi said.. ultimately its about balance, which is not easy, which is not really understood by children and animals, and is the hallmark of civilisation. la sez faire capitalism is as absurd as communism -- neither are sustainable, and both demand strict adherence in the likeness of an orthodox religion.
