Rent/Utilities:
The rent is $525 and utilities will be split in thirds. As of now I am looking for two roommates and the rooms are on a first come basis.
About Me:
I am a 26 yr old male looking for 2 roommates, male or female, makes no difference to me. I am a young professional and work 50% of the time in my home office and 50% on the road. I have 2 cats that typically chill in my room. The townhouse is in the brand new community, Renaissance Park which includes a pool and the community is full of young professionals like myself. The home consists of 4 bedrooms and is 2093 sq. feet.
