Have a friends HD here, where a component let out the magic smoke on the logic board. Its a seagate ST3120022A 120gb. Im hoping if I replace the board (and maybe even just this component if I can figure out what it is), the drive should work fine correct?QQ, what all numbers do I need to match other than part number? Im seeing now firmware and part numbers while scanning ebay. [Edited on June 23, 2010 at 7:49 AM. Reason : .]
