post a pic

whenever i see movies with an unusual amount of star power for an average movie, it indicates that the stars or the genre is losing popularity, i think its safe to say that for whatever reason, everyone in Grown Ups is well past their prime

Whenever I see an ad for Grown Ups I feel like Kevin James is just an unfunny stand-in for Chris Farley.

Um...they were all on SNL together with Chris Farley in the early 90s and this movie is an SNL alum reunion with the exception of Kevin James?

here's an IMDB forum that talks about it

so what you really should have called this thread is "list ensemble cast movies here"

i'd imagine Valentine's Day probably has the biggest "star power" in terms of their popularity at this present day.

Oceans 13, of the ones that have been listed, probably had the most expensive set of ensemble actors

and the Expendables will surely have the biggest combined ass kicking power ever.

haha, in a podcast last week, Bill Simmons said something along the lines of "over/under on how many times the rest of the cast got drunk and said "you're no Chris Farley"?

not always, grownups on the other hand is a good example of what you're talking about, but i think it's more of a move on the actors parts of trying to become relevant by banding together.

in that example.

most of the rest of these are actually pretty decent, or better, movies
