The subdivision is Hunters Creek, and the unit is on Hunters Club Drive.

Located right next door to the Kentwood Park disc golf course, on the NCSU WolfLine, and just down the street from Western Blvd. and the I-440 Beltline. Cookout is within stumbling distance!

The house has 2 1/2 bathrooms, large living areas (it's an end unit), with a driveway and a front and back yard. Lawn maintenance is kept up by the homeowners association.

No property management company!!!! Landlord is a real chill guy who lives in Pleasant Garden (just outside Greensboro). We never see him as long as the rent ($330) is paid by the 10th.

Your roommates will be two college students (one male, one female, both awesome). We like to have fun, but work a lot too. There is a resident feline, and occasionally a canine companion as well. Other 4-legged applicants will be considered.

Bills are under $100 for Cable/Internet, Water/Trash, and Electricity, usually around $80 (split 3-ways).
