I was told about this last week, and figured I'd pass it along to anyone who still has a valid NCSU email address. The page is WRAP protected, so you need to be an active student, faculty, or staff to access it, though I'm betting any ncsu.edu email address (including alumni accounts) will work with the actual Microsoft registration/purchasing system.http://www.ncsu.edu/software/download/hup/On that page is the code you have to use in order to get it, but I'm not going to post it because I don't want to get into trouble for it. If you know someone who has an active account, though, it can't hurt to ask [Edited on June 5, 2010 at 7:01 PM. Reason : I forgot to post the link.]

Hmmm...I apologize if I gave wrong information. When I log in, I can see the linkhttp://hup.microsoft.com/with a code next to it. I'm a Graduate student, but maybe it's because I'm also a TA?

anyone know how to "trust a document"?it's on a network drive. I'd rather leave the protections in place and trust the documents on an individual basis.google isn't helping.ehh, maybe this is something different... each time I open a file on the network, I get the protected view... outlook 2010 crashed my system multiple times.ive somehow gotten it to a point where it only crashes outlook when certain things happen, but have yet to find root cause.basically, go with office 2007 until they clean this shit up with a service pack... or give it a shot and maybe you wont have the same problems i did
6/9/2010 9:25:54 PM

what new features in 2010 are you guys really liking/are really useful?there's probably websites with all this, but I figured we could a easy to read list.I haven't done much other than excel and by far my favorite feature are the paste special options in the right-click menus. it's so much faster now because I use paste special + values and formats all the time.menu key + down + down + right + enter. love it that I don't need a mouse now.
