Never been waitlisted for a class before. I'm #14th on a waitlist for a class of about 75ish? Will I make it in?

I was in, dropped it, then decided I wanted to take it again. Now, I'm on the wait list.

Wasn't tuition already due? So the likelyhood of people actually dropping is really low.

Yeah, not many people drop ST 311 unless another class opens up that they need, it's a fairly easy class.

I didn't know the university even allowed people to let people waitlist past #10.

Anyway, ST311 is an intro course, and if it's 75 people... there's a good chance you get in sometime over the summer. Even if you don't, hold out through the first week of classes, since there's usually a small handful of people who drop stuff after getting the course information and such. Even if you still aren't in, it's still sometimes possible to talk to the professor and try to get an exception made if you're very low on the waitlist. Depends on who's teaching, though.
