Augustana is opening for them. Tickets go on sale May 14th.

I've always wanted to see Counting Crows, maybe this'll be the time.

you're thinking of Richard Manuel. Richard Manuel is dead.

Old School Counting Crows is fantastic, but $40+ is ridiculous for what you get.

Is there EVER a cheap show at Koka Booth? Those shows are always overpriced out the ass.

when I saw them, they extended Goodnight Elisabeth to about 12 minutes, did a 12 minute Rain King, and a seamless Sullivan Street/Murder of One mix-in that lasted easily 20-25 minutes

they've also been known to rock a 9-10 minute Long December and 12-15 minute Round Here

not "jam band" per se, but it would definitely catch the casual listener off guard if they go in to the show thinking they're going to hear a greatest hits show of studio cuts

I saw them about 8-9 years ago at Davidson College with Guster. It was an awesome show.

actually Guster was another show completely (same venue). I can't recall who opened up for CC now.
