I got some Bosch Icon wiper blades for my mustang, I am pretty sure I installed them right and have correct sizes but the middle of the blades are not making contact with the windshield, I was seeing if anyone has had a problem like this and wanted to know if there is anything I can do or just try and hope that they will 'break in' and flex on there own to where they are snug...I really don't want to get another set of blades because they cost a good amount of money for wiper blades

what style of blade did you buy? did you buy all rubber or the blades with the metal springs. could be a bad set of blades.

could be the springs in the wiper arms themselves are getting weak and the beam style wiper blade's spring tension is holding them off in the center.either replace the arms or bend them slightly downward to increase tension.

^^, ^^^^^Neither of those things impact whether or not he should just sell the car and not worry about the wipers.
