Just got a 37" 1080p LCD to use as my main PC monitor and for some reason I thought my GeForce 7900gtx had an HDMI out...it does not. Need to upgrade, but I don't need anything new or state-of-the-art, just something hearty that can handle my TV and some moderately taxing video applications. What do you suggest, or perhaps even have to sell me? Thanks in advance!

DVI and HDMI are pin compatible. Why not just get a DVI to HDMI cable?

private partythe crux of the issue is that i'm just a dumbass. i'm fairly certain I knew all of this at one point and it just got purged during the continual influx of time and contemporaneously-relevant informationnevermind the fact that the dude i bought the PC from not much more than a year ago had it hooked to an hdtv as a demonstration
