Anyone else watch classic westerns? So tonight I decided to finsh watching disc 1. To the Last Man wasn't bad for a short black & white western. I now have 16 out of 44 movies watched. Most are about an hour long, have no famous actors/actresses in them, and are in black & white. Some are in color though. Rage at Dawn, Any Gun Can Play, and The Man From Utah have been the best so far. I still have to watch Angel and the Bad Man.

For some reason I tend to prefer spaghetti westerns over the home-grown american ones.

Angel and the Badman is good. There is a good western thread on here too with some good discussions if you haven't checked it out yet.

Anyone ever been to the "B Western Film Preservation Society" meetings at NC State that are run by encore? It's open to all ages even though encore is 50+. Dr. Slatta told me in HI 491t last spring that I should go just once.

"Angel and the Bad Man" was ok, but I also watched "Mohawk" and "The Grand Duel" while on vacation, which was really good. Disc 2 is Lee Van Cleef.
