My roommate is leaving and he is subleasing his bedroom for the summer from May 15th and I am also renewing my lease for the next year. The bedrooms are VERY spacious and have their own private bathrooms. Rent is $377 pp, and about $60 pp for utilities such as Internet, water and electricity. Very cheap for the space you are getting! 1 mile away from central campus and walking distance from centennial campus. You can walk or use the wolfline or the CAT bus to get to campus. Apartment includes furniture, washer & drier, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, cooking utensils. it basically comes with everything! My roommate is selling all of his bedroom furniture for a reasonable price (Bed, nightstands, desk, desk chair, dresser)
